SHIPPING POLICY

FULL LOAD products are made to order and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

International delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently ship to selected countries and regions supported by our store and fulfillment partner. Available shipping destinations and shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the shipping option available at checkout. The applicable shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable local regulations.

Any customs or import charges that are not collected at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or unusually high order volumes.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned.

If an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply.
