RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your FULL LOAD purchase. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The goods should be returned in their original condition. You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.

We will refund the payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We do not have to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Where applicable, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
